this is the picture of pandhera(local language word). in the villages of uttrakhand mostly in garhwal region pandhera(local word) is a medium of water supply.the water comes through it is very cold in summer. the level of water is almost same in all sessions.but now a days level is decreasing per year due to globle warming. mostly the source of this water is lake or pond which are located hundreds of km above sea level.
