TRAYAMBAKESHWAR TEMPLE त्रयम्बकेश्वर मंदिर

त्रयम्बकेश्वर मंदिर ऋषिकेश स्थित प्रसिद्ध मंदिरों में से एक है। त्रयम्बकेश्वर मंदिर लष्मण झूले के निकट एक बहुमंजिले इमारत पर स्थित है। यह मंदिर मुख्य रूप से शिव भगवान् को समर्पित है लेकिन मंदिर में अनेकों हिन्दू देवी देवताओं की मूर्तियां विराजमान हैं।  इस मंदिर की १३ मंजिलें इसे और भी ख़ूबसूरत बनाती है एवम भक्तों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करती है।  सबसे ऊपरी मंजिल से आप लक्ष्मन झूला एवम गंगा नदी का विहंगम दृश्य देख सकते हैं।

टपकेश्वर महादेव TAPKESHWAR MAHADEV

टपकेश्वर शिव जी का प्रसिद्ध मंदिर है। टपकेश्वर देहरादून शहर से ६.५ किमी की दूरी पर गढ़ी केंट में स्थित है।  टपकेश्वर मुख्य रूप से इसके शिवलिंग के लिए प्रसिद्द है जो एक प्राकृतिक गुफा में स्थित है। वर्ष भर शिव लिंग के ऊपर पानी की बूँदें टपकने के कारण इसे टपकेश्वर महादेव कहा जाता है।  शहर से कम दूरी पर स्थित एवम रोड से जुड़े होने के कारण यंहा प्रत्येक वर्ष लाखों भक्त आते हैं।  प्रत्येक वर्ष महाशिव रात्रि के पर्व पर मेले का आयोजन किया जाता है जिसमे लाखों की संख्या में  भक्त शिवलिंग में पानी चढ़ाने आते हैं।

टपकेश्वर  मंदिर का इतिहास - टपकेश्वर मंदिर हजारों वर्ष पुराना है।  यह माना जाता है की पांडवों के गुरु द्रोणाचार्य ने इसी स्थान पर रहे थे  और उनकी पत्नी ने अस्वस्थामा को जन्म दिया था। जब उन्होंने अस्वस्थामा को जन्म दिया तो वो उसे अपना दूध भली भांति नही पिला सकी।  और कहा जाता है की शिव जी ने उन्हें दर्शन दिए थे और अस्वस्थामा को दूध की पूर्ती कराई। पहले द्रोण गुफा में पानी की जगह दूध टपकता था जिसका सेवन अस्वस्थामा ने किया था। 
कैसे पहुचे - आप टपकेश्वर आसानी से पहुच सकते है।  टपकेश्वर मंदिर देहरादून स्थित घंटाघर से ६.५ किमी की दूरी पर स्थित है।  और कनॉट प्लेस से ६ नंबर के विक्रम से आसानी से पहुच सकते हैं।

BADRINATH बद्रीनाथ

बद्रीनाथ उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले में स्थित ,प्रमुख तीर्थ स्थानों में से एक है। बद्रीनाथ समुद्र तल से ३. १३३ मीटर की ऊंचाई पर स्थित है। यह मंदिर भगवान् विष्णु को समर्पित है।  बद्रीनाथ दो दो पवर्तों, नर एवं नारायण के मध्य एवं पवित्र नदी अलकनंदा के किनारे बसा है। बद्रीनाथ मंदिर के कपट वर्ष में ६ माह ही खुले रहते हैं जिसमे लाखों लोग देश भर से भगवान् के दर्शन करने आते हैं।
बद्रीनाथ मंदिर का इतिहास - पूर्वजों के अनुसार बद्रीनाथ मंदिर आदि शंकराचार्य द्वारा नंवी  शताब्दी में  बसाया गया था। यह माना जाता है कि शंकराचार्य यंहा ६ वर्षों तक रहे थे।  भगवान् विष्णु ने यंहा पर तपस्या की थी।

SHIV MANDIR DEHRADUN शिव मंदिर देहरादून

 

शिव मंदिर देहरादून में प्रसिद्व मंदिरों में से एक है।  शिव मंदिर देहरादून शहर से लगभग १२ किलोमीटर की दूरी पर मसूरी रोड पर स्थित एक भव्य मंदिर है।  प्रत्येक दिन यंहा हज़ारों श्रद्धालु शिव जी की पूजा करने एवम जल  चढ़ाने आते हैं।  मंदिर के ऊपर अनेक त्रिशूलों की श्रृंखला मंदिर को और भी सुन्दर बनाती है।

तुंगनाथ (TUNGNATH)

 तुंगनाथ सबसे ऊंचाई पर स्थित  शिव मंदिर है जो की समुद्र तल से १२,०७३ फ़ीट ऊपर है। तुंगनाथ मंदिर उत्तराखंड के रुद्रप्रयाग जिले में स्थित है। यह पंच केदारों में से तीसरा केदार है। माना जाता है की इस मंदिर को १००० वर्ष से अधिक समय पूर्व बनाया गया था।
 तुंगनाथ मंदिर हिन्दुओं के आस्था का केंद्र है। प्रत्येक वर्ष यंहा लाखों भक्त एवं यात्री आकर मंदिर के दर्शन करते हैं। मंदिर के चारों ओर का सुन्दर दृश्य सबका मन मोह लेता है। शर्दियों के दिनों में यह बर्फ से ढका रहता है जो की सैलानियों को आकर्षित करता है।  मुख्य मंदिर से थोड़ी दूरी पर चंद्रशिला स्थित है।यह पहाड़ी का आखिरी पड़ाव है जंहा से चौखम्बा सहित अनेक सुंदर दृश्य उपलब्घ करता है।

TUNGNATH is highest shiva temple located 12,073 ft above sea level. Tungnath is located in rudraprayag district of uttarakhand state. Tungnath is one of the panch kedar. It is considered that the tungnath temple is more than 1000 years old.
Tungnath is the centre of faith of hindus. Every year millions of people visit here every year and enjoy the wonderful view of nature.During the winter the region is full of snow which attract the tourists.The temple is 4km from chopta. Tourist enjoy the trekking due to its short distance. The trek path is stone paved with benches provided en route at intervals to rest and enjoy the beautiful views of the Chaukhamba, Nanda Devi, Neelkanth and Kedarnath peaks.

धारी देवी DHARI DEVI

 

धारी देवी उत्तराखण्ड के प्रसिद्ध मन्दिरों में से एक है। धारी देवी मंदिर श्रीनगर से कुछ ही किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है।  माना जाता है कि धारी देवी सम्पूर्ण गढ़वाल की रक्षा करती हैं।  धारी देवी का मुख्य मंदिर १३ जून २०१३ को डैम की वजह से विस्थापित करना पड़ा और उसी रात को केदारनाथ में प्रलय आपदा के रूप में आई।धारी देवी में  मन्दिर प्रतिवर्ष हजारों श्रद्धालु दर्शन करने दूर दूर से पहुँचते हैं।  मुख्यरूप से यंहा नवरात्रों मैं लोग हजारों की संख्या मैं पहुंच कर अपनी मनत्त मांगते हैं।

TRIYUGINARAYAN TEMPLE

Triyuginarayan temple is located at triyuginarayan villlage in rudraprayag district. this temple is dadicated to god vishnu.this is the place where lord shiva married with godess paevati.
A special feature of this temple is a perpetual fire, that burns in front of the temple. The flame is believed to burn from the times of the divine marriage Thus, the temple is also known as Akhand Dhuni temple.
the word TRIYUGINARAYAN is made up of three words "tri" means three "yugi" means a long period of time and "narayan" the another name of lord vishnu. the  Akhand Dhuni is here since three yugas.
this is very beautiful temple. every year on the day of yugas fastival(local word) thousands of people come here.

                                                                                 The history of Buddha temple in Dehradun started in late 1965 when it was built up as a replica of the original temple monastery in Tibet. It was built as one of the four Tibetan religion schools and was named “Nyingma”. The other three schools are called Sakya, Kagyu and Geluk and also have great importance in the Tibetan religion. It is believed that the temple had been designed and painted by around 50 artists who took three years to create such estonishing structure of golden paint.
There are also shops, restaurants and a book shop. Most of the books are in Tibetan language and are most likely meant for purchase by the large Tibetan community that surrounds the temple.
The interior of the temple is only open to the public on Sundays and one can climb the stairs though the many levels with their ornate decorations to reach the viewing platform. After reaching at the top of the building one can a panaromic view of city dehradun.
Note : Shoes must be removed before entering the temple and there is a shoe check just outside available for a nominal fee. But other days the garden and shops are open.

Laxman siddh temple Dehradun

Located amidst dense Lachhiwala forest, Laxman  Siddh has got a charm and solitude that can take you away from all the worries of an everyday life. It's built in a way that it's hidden from the probing eyes of wanderers and myths have it that centuries ago, Laxmana underwent penance for killing Ravana and meditated here for years. The solitude of the place certainly makes for the perfect ambiance to lose oneself in meditation.  Every Sunday a fair is held where thousands of disciples gather to pay their respects at the shrine in the temple. Devotees from far and wide visit the fair, though the crowd usually remains low during weekdays. Wild cries of animals and birds can often be heard at the temple.

Garjiya devi temple ramnagar

Garjiya devi temple is located in Garjiya village near ramnagar uttrakhand.The temple  is situated over a large rock in the kosi river and is one of the most famous temples of the nainital district. this temple is visited by thousands of people around the country  during karik poornima.

 Chandrabadani temple is located in Tehri Garhwal. Chandrabadani temple is dedicated to the goddess of power.According to the legends Lord Shiva while carrying torso of his consort Sati, accidentally dropped it here and her weapons got scattered all around the place. Thus, even today huge number of iron trishuls (tridents) and some old statue can be seen lying around the revered temple of Chandrabadani.

Apart from the temple, this place offers breathtaking views of snow capped Himalayan peaks like Kedarnath, Badrinath and so on.a heavy snow falls here every year. this is just like a heaven.

How to Reach
By road, one can reach Jamnikhal which is about 32 km from Devprayag. From Jamnikhal it is a 3 km walk uphill to Chandrabadani Temple. Nearest railhead is at Rishikesh and nearest airport is Jolly Grant of Dehradun.
